Return policy: Each limited edition print is signed and numbered by the artist and is therefore one of a kind and all sales are final and not eligible for change of mind returns. As with anything unique, there may occasionally be variations in the colours or details between the image of the print seen on Onceit and the print in real life. Rest assured, the colours of the real print are as the artist intended. If an artwork is damaged in transit, please contact us via email within 12 business hours of receiving your print and include photographs of both the damaged packaging and the damaged artwork. As each piece is original we will assess the situation on a case by case basis. Please note that it is your responsibility to inspect the artwork and check it has reached you safely and damage free. We recommend you do this before the courier leaves, and at least within 12 business hours of receiving it. If we determine that an artwork cannot be repaired, and should be returned, we reserve the right to inspect it at the time we receive it back, and we will not approve a refund if it appears that any damage has been caused by the customer. If a return is approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the seller. .
