Ingredients Active ingredients in each drop: Selenium (from sodium selenate) 50mcg Also contains: Purifed water, citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium sorbate.No Added: gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners or flavours. Suggested Use Adults (12 years and older): Take 3 drops daily. Children (under 12 years): Recommended dose is 3mcg per kg body weight per day. Do not exceed 150mcg per day.
