Designed to make the specialty from the Bordeaux region of France, this non-stick tray produces cannelés that are delightfully fluffy inside with a perfectly caramelised exterior. Use the tray to make the traditional sweet cannelé recipe, or try a savoury spin as an amuse-bouche. The tray is oven-safe up to 240°C and is finished with Le Creuset's durable non-stick coating for the easy release of baked goods. Do not plunge into, or fill with, cold water when hot. Hand wash after each use and dry thoroughly before storing. If desired, leave to dry in a warm oven for a few minutes to remove any moisture. Do not use metal or harsh washing up pads/brushes or abrasive cleaning agents on any surface. Not suitable for microwave ovens, dishwasher, grill or use on direct heat.
