To maintain optimum performance of this towel, we recommend that you avoid using fabric softeners, as they decrease the towel's absorbency. If you have a pulled thread, do not pull it. Simply snip off the loop with sharp scissors. Trimming a pulled thread will avoid further pulling and will not affect the durability or performance of your towel. It is quite normal for a cotton towel to lint or fluff in the few initial washes. This will diminish with subsequent washes and tumble drying.
