Big Pecker Gin 750ml

Our head-banging woodpecker friends know a thing or two about the benefits of wood. There are tasty morsels inside those trunks and they’ll go to great lengths to extract them. We’ve also gone to great lengths to extract the good stuff from wood, with 15 different botanicals in this gin, including Mosaic and Galaxy IPA hops, then aged for three months in red wine barrels, to create a harmony of flavours in our Big Pecker Gin. Botanicals included in this barrel aged gin are juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, rosehips, liquorice root, pink peppercorns, mandarin, star anise and cardamom.
