INGREDIENTS: Freshly ground and batch-blended in New Zealand from the highest quality local and imported ingredients: Coconut Sugar, Organic NZ Kosher Sea Salt, Spanish Smoked Paprika, Herbes de Provence (Rosemary, Thyme, Basil, Marjoram, Fennel, Bay Leaves, Culinary Lavender, Sage), Cracked Black Pepper.
HOW TO USE: Sprinkle or massage Raptor Rubs all over whole roast chicken, over chicken breasts, thighs and skewers before frying, grilling and barbecuing. Rub strips of chicken thighs or breasts and grill or fry gently, then toss through salads, stir-fried vegetables, risotto, rice and pasta dishes. Herbes Chicken Rub is also delicious on tofu, roast kumara and pumpkin.
