INGREDIENTS: Freshly ground and blended in New Zealand from locally grown and imported gourmet ingredients: Coconut Sugar, Garlic, Organic NZ Kosher Sea Salt, Fennel, Ginger, Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Chipotle, Nutmeg, Onion, Mustard, Black Pepper, Tomato Flakes, Szechuan Pepper, Lemon Powder, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Cloves, Maple Powder.
HOW TO USE: Drizzle a little oil on pork fillets, chops, large roast, pork butt and ribs. Then sprinkle over a heaped teaspoon of rub per serve. Massage Rub into the meat. Wait 5-10 minutes to develop flavour or leave in the fridge for at least 6 hours to marinate big joints or ribs and to help tenderise tougher cuts. Use a medium heat to barbecue, grill or fry the pork. For best results use a frypan or baking tray to retain the caramelised juices. Once cooked to your liking take meat off the heat, wrap in foil and let it rest for 2-10 minutes. You’ll then be rewarded with beautiful, tender meat. Enjoy!
