INGREDIENTS: Freshly ground and blended in New Zealand from locally grown and imported gourmet ingredients: Dark Cane Sugar, Spanish Smoked Paprika, New Zealand Kosher Sea Salt, Thyme and Cracked Black Pepper.
HOW TO USE: Sprinkle or massage Raptor Rubs all over salmon fillets, chunks and kebabs before baking, frying, grilling and barbecuing. Rub the top layer of a fillet skin-side down and grill gently, then serve with risotto, stir-fried vegetables, rice or pasta dishes. Smoky Salmon Rub is also delicious on chicken, scallops, prawns, roast kumara and pumpkin.
