A BIT HOT AND SPICY WITH SMOKY SPANISH SMOKED PAPRIKA, TEX-MEX HERBS AND SPICES AND A NICE MEDIUM-HOT AFTER-KICK OF CHILLI. FANTASTIC ON GRILLED AND BARBECUED BEEF, STEAK, CHICKEN AND PORK, ADDED TO BURRITOS RIBS, CRUMBED SCHNITZEL AND ON TOFU.
INGREDIENTS: Freshly ground and batch-blended in New Zealand from the highest quality local and imported ingredients: Coconut Sugar, Organic NZ Kosher Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, Garlic Flakes, Onion Flakes, Chilli Powder, Spanish Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Coriander Seeds, Oregano and Parsley.
HOW TO USE: Sprinkle or massage 2-3 teaspoons all over steak, chicken and pork before frying, grilling and barbecuing. Rub strips or chunks of beef, chicken or pork and grill or fry at a medium heat. Mix into beef or bean nachos, burritos, tortillas and tacos. Blazing Tex-Mex Rub is also delicious on tofu.
