We are pleased to announce we have commenced full operations as of Tuesday 28th April and our Auckland Distribution Centre is operational.
We are committed to fulfilling orders as quickly as possible, however, due to unprecedented demand, your delivery may take longer than normal to reach you. We appreciate your patience during this time.
We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation in New Zealand and will update this page when new information is received that may affect our service.
Customer Service Response Times:
Our dedicated Customer Service Team is working from home & will respond to any questions you may have. We are experiencing a higher than normal volume of customer service enquiries; so we may take 2-3 days to respond to messages. If you are waiting on a response, we are working hard to get back to you as soon as we can.

International Marketplace & Local Marketplace suppliers will dispatch your order directly to you. Please note there may be some delays for items coming from overseas & once they enter into our courier partners network.Deliveries: All NZ Post deliveries will be contactless.
