What COVID-19 Alert Level Four means for Onceit

Our priority is the continued safety of our employees and our customers. With the government raising the alert to level 4, our distribution centre will temporarily be closed, but we have dispatched all express shipping orders placed before 12 pm Wednesday 25 March 2020. Onceit will endeavour to dispatch all outstanding orders as soon as we’re back and operational. We thank you for your patience and continued support through this challenging period.
Our dedicated Customer Service Team is working from home & will respond to any questions you may have. We will keep you updated on the estimated delivery timeframes for outstanding orders when we can.
So, what now? We intend to continue accepting orders, however, items coming from our Auckland Distribution Centre will not be dispatched until the government restrictions are lifted.
We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation in New Zealand and will update this page when new information is received that may affect our service.
